In the Philippines, there are about 5 million children working in highly hazardous workplaces some times for 16-hours a day.  Most of these children are engaged as labourers in garment and wood based industries, child servants, working in the streets as scavengers, vendors and young girls are engages in prostitution or victims of child trafficking. Not to mention are the number of children who lives in orphanages by these causes.  Poverty of the family drives these children to work at the young age to help augment the basic needs of the family including education.

When you sponsor, you will not only make an impact in changing the life of the child through supporting his/her educational needs, but even helping the family lift up in unfavorable living situation.  Your support can help

·      access to Health care.
