HOME BOUND

The generosity of our donors gave us the opportunity to fly from the Philippines to the USA almost thirty youths born as Americans with mostly expired American passports.  In addition to funding the paper work and fees like over staying from the Philippine Immigration, air plane tickets and a home in the USA,  each of these individuals were provided a job as a advocate for the Amer-Asian program of PCFA invloving them in the CFC and other workplace campaigns. This work program allowed them to tell their stories and the stories of other youts left in the Philippines to  thousand of Amerizcan. They touched and winnned so many hearts who never knew about the sad plight of Amer-Asian youths stuked in the Philippines because of financial difficulties and a simple place to stay in the USA.

Philippine Children''s Fund of America help me in many ways to meet my father for the very first time in my life after 22 years. I been longing to see and meet my dad face to face and because of PCFA my dream have come true. I finally met my dad last December 2005 and I am very proud and thankful to this organization that really makes a difference to the lives of our fellow Amerasians but also to the lives of needy children back home in the Philippines.
